Romelu Lukaku scored twice for Belgium as they beat Iceland 2-0 to move to the top of Group A2 in the Nations League.

The 27-year-old put the visitors ahead with a well-placed finish inside the box on the nine-minute mark.

Birkir Saevarsson equalised for Iceland, but the Inter Milan striker put Belgium back in front from the penalty spot before half-time.

The two goals put his international goal tally up to 55, continuing his already impressive record.

Belgium move ahead of England and top group A2 after Gareth Southgate’s side 1-0 defeat by Denmark at Wembley.

Game five will see Belgium host England in November.
