The draw has been completed for the Europa League round of 32 as a whole host of eliminated Champions League sides join the competition to battle it out in Europe’s second biggest tournament.

Manchester United were knocked out of the Champions League and have been drawn right into a difficult tie with current first placed LaLiga side Real Sociedad.

Marcus Rashford already has six European goals this season and will be vital against the Spanish side.

For Sociedad, they advanced ahead of AZ Alkmaar and HNK Rijeka after drawing with Napoli in the last group stage game.

David Silva will be crucial for them as they look to continue their incredible season so far.

Despite their domestic struggles, Arsenal have a 100 per cent record in Europe and have been drawn against Benfica.

The Gunners will need Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to find some form if they want to make it through to the next round, although the likes of Eddie Nketiah and Floarin Balogun have also impressed.

Benfica came second in their group behind Rangers but will be confident against a weak Arsenal side with the likes of Pizzi, the competitions top scorer, on fantastic form.

Unlike their rivals, Spurs are flying and have been drawn against Wolfsberger AC after topping Group J over Royal Antwerp, LASK and Ludogorets.

Harry Kane and Heung-min Son will be vital for Jose Mourinho, having taken the game by storm with their world-class partnership this season.

Wolfsberger impressively made it out of Group K ahead of Feyenoord and CSKA Moscow but will be up against it when they welcome Spurs.

Leicester City have been drawn against Slavia Prague, after topping their group.

They overcame Braga, AEK Athens and Zorya Luhansk to make it to the round of 32 and – despite an easy tie on paper – they will need Jamie Vardy and James Maddison to be at their best.

Rangers will visit Royal Antwerp, after winning Group D.

James Tavernier is their top scorer this season, with 16 goals from right back this season, and the captain will be imperative to their progression in Europe.

Antwerp are no pushovers though, having already beaten Spurs this season and boasting the likes of Jordan Lukaku and Dieumerci Mbokani in their squad.

Outside favourites to win the competition, AC Milan, visit Red Star Belgrade.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is still firing in goals at the age of 39 and is showing no sign of slowing down, so will be key in Milan’s European journey.

Red Star won’t be easy opponents though having lost just once in the Europa League so far.

Ajax dropped out of the Champions League and have now been drawn away at Lille.

Quincy Promes has been in the news for all the wrong reasons; however, the likes of David Neres could step up for the Dutch club.

Lille boast one of the Europa League’s top scorers in Yusuf Yazici, who has netted six times already, after making it out of Group H behind Milan and ahead of Sparta Prague and Celtic.

One of the more interesting ties features Granada and Napoli, who will go against each other looking for a spot in the round of 16.

Hirving Lozano has seven goals for the Italian side and will be key in their encounter with Granada.

The Spanish side, meanwhile, impressed in Group E and picked up wins against the likes of PSV Eindhoven on their journey to the knockout stages.

PSV ended up winning the group though, and they have been drawn against Olympiacos.

The Greek side crashed out of the Champions League after finishing third behind Manchester City and Porto but will be looking to make their second chance in Europe count against the Dutch club.

Another side who dropped out of the Champions League is Shakhtar Donetsk, who were just one goal away from that competition’s knockout stages.

They will now play Maccabi Tel Aviv, needing star players such as Taison to be at their best in order to remain in Europe.

Tel Aviv finished second in Group I, ahead of Sivasspor and FK Qarabag to make it to the round of 32.

Hoffenheim are yet to lose in the Europa League having only conceded twice and now face a tie against Norwegian club Molde FK.

Molde impressed in Arsenal’s group, finishing second to the Gunners, whilst Hoffenheim were untroubled in Group L and finished above Red Star, Slovan Liberec and Gent.

Roma and Braga will face off in the round of 32, with the Italian side favourites to progress despite a shock loss to CSKA Sofia in Group A.

BSC Young Boys finished second in Group A, and will host Bayer Leverkusen, the sixth German club remaining in Europe.

Leverkusen’s Leon Bailey scored a goal of the year contender at the weekend and will be crucial if they are to continue their fine form.

Dynamo Kiev and FK Krasnodar dropped out of the Champions League and have been drawn against Club Brugge and Dinamo Zagreb, respectively.

The two remaining clubs are Villarreal and RB Salzburg, who will play each other despite the Spanish side having their most recent group game postponed.

There is a host of Europa League games to look forward to, with the round of 32 getting underway on the 18th February.
